1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GiftCardUS, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Availability

We sell Apple Gift Cards and Apple Cash Gift Cards. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. GiftCardUS is not affiliated with Apple Inc.

3. Payment

All orders are processed via PayPal invoice. After placing your order, you will receive a PayPal invoice at your provided email address. Payment must be completed within 24 hours. Orders are fulfilled only after payment is confirmed.

4. Raffle Terms

The $1,000 Apple Cash Gift Card raffle is free to enter. No purchase is necessary. One entry per person. The raffle closes on November 30, 2026. The winner will be selected at random and notified by email. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Delivery

Digital gift cards are delivered to the email address provided at checkout after payment is confirmed. Physical delivery timelines may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

GiftCardUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
